House Extensions

This document is Supplementary Planning Guidance on the suitable design of house extensions which is supplementary to the superceded Local Plan 1999 policy HSG23: Extensions.

Be aware that the Appendix section is out of date as legislation on permitted development has changed, and therefore it should no longer be used. Instead refer to the Design SPD and revised Government guidance.
