Development Management DPD Regulation 18
The Council sought views on the draft Development Management Policies DPD (Regulation 18), the supporting Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and Habitats Regulations Assessment (HRA) between 19 February 2015 and 3 April 2015 (by 5.00pm).
A summary of the comments received and the issues raised, including proposed modifications can be found here. These modifications were incorporated into the published version of Development Management Policies DPD (Regulation19) that went out for public consultation in October-December 2015 .
To determine whether the policies effectively contribute towards achieving sustainable development in the Borough. A Sustainability Appraisal Scoping Report was prepared.
