Retail Study

This document is the Retail and Commercial Leisure Study 2004 which was undertaken by consultants DTZ Pieda on behalf of the Council.  The study provides an assessment of the vitality and viability of Woking Town Centre, and produces quantitative retail and leisure capacity forecasts for the Town Centre and West Byfleet. It meets the requirement to carry out such studies set out in PPG6.  Please note that due to the size of the appendices to this report, they have not been published on the website.  The appendices are available for viewing at the Council offices. 

The study will be updated in due course to reflect changes in baseline information. The updated study will look forward to 2026.
